This project involved lighting design for the roundabout, pedestrian areas & landscape, Table Tavern restaurant, school bookstore, meeting rooms, hotel lobby & corridors as well as all guest rooms. The mixed-use property was created as a warm inviting campus hub for community and student events. A residential approach was needed for the Inn and restaurant with small source art lighting, table lamps and dimmable controls while the bookstore & meeting rooms needed a robust flexible accent system for events and special guests. Chroma team members completed full lighting design and budgeting.
