This new multi-family apartment building was designed with a distinctive industrial modern style while keeping an extremely tight budget. The lighting design reflects and complements the architecture with concealed sources. Creative budget solutions including custom-made decorative fixtures were implemented while completing the project. Chroma’s scope included Full lighting design, controls, budgeting, procurement and onsite controls startup and support.
