The Hamilton is private residential development associated with the adjacent Community College of Philadelphia. Building one was completed in 2018 and consists of 279 various unit types, entry lobby, fitness center, indoor amenity lounges, community plaza/garden, and underground parking garage. Chroma’s scope included Full lighting design, controls, budgeting, procurement and onsite controls startup and support.

Fun Fact
This building was constructed on top of a former Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper building that housed delivery vehicles. The Viaduct rail line being converted to the new Rail Park ends in a tunnel that ran right to this building at the rear of the garage.
