This mixed-use complex includes a community center, daycare, residential units as well as episcopal diocese offices in an adjacent structure. The resources from this building help to support the historic cathedral next door and allowed the community space to be created. Budget management was key here and the Chroma team brought creativity and a unique approach while maintaining the bottom line.
